We also use the knowledge and expertise that we have in designing, developing and advancing production lines to perform maintenance and servicing tasks that are connected to further machine operation.
In this way, we are able to keep our customers’ machines and systems in top shape over the entire operating cycle.
Among other things, we use the latest technologies such as remote maintenance. With this, we can access the corresponding system via the mobile phone network, the internet or the intranet and therefore save time and costs.
The flexibility of our maintenance and servicing tasks is also reflected in our spare parts management. Our standard here: Supplying spare parts for our customers as long as the machine lives. Through our parent company, we have a broad network of suppliers with whom we can cooperate. On the other hand, we are also able to subsequently build machine components that are no longer available ourselves if necessary.
In order to guarantee our customers as high availability as possible over the entire machine lifecycle, we have completely mapped machine or operating data logging (MDL or ODL) in protocols. We therefore enable our customers to draw corresponding conclusions from the operating data.
